Lisa Haglund, President and CEO of Heritage Ministries, announced that Mark Constantino, OTR/L of Frewsburg, New York, has been named Director of Quality and Clinical Strategies for the organization.
Constantino, a native of Frewsburg, New York, obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and previously served as a Director of Rehabilitation and LSVT BIG certified Occupational Therapist at Heritage, beginning his career in therapy over twenty years ago.
In his new role as Director of Quality and Clinical Strategies, Constantino will oversee the rehab services and the MDS nursing departments. His focus will include monitoring and developing strategies to evaluate, and continually improve, the quality care throughout Heritage skilled nursing communities. Constantino will work diligently to ensure that the Heritage care experience is award-winning for each resident.
Haglund shared, “With his experience in the therapy and the senior care industry, including seventeen years as an integral member of our Heritage team, Mark is uniquely qualified to serve our staff, residents, and their families. We look forward to the future, knowing that he will continue to regard the health and safety of our residents and staff with absolute importance. Constantino resides in Frewsburg with his wife, Shannon, and their children, Kaylee and Jacob, where they are extremely active in local and school athletic activities.
