Lisa Haglund, President and CEO of Heritage Ministries, recently welcomed new administrative staff at Rolling Fields Elder Care, a Heritage skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Conneautville, PA, naming Karen Beres as Director of Nursing. Beres will oversee the nursing team at Rolling Fields.
Haglund shared, “We are honored to welcome Karen into her new position at Rolling Fields. Karen has an extensive history in senior housing and nursing, including over 17 years of service with Rolling Fields. We know she will lead our nursing team with grace, love, and appreciation as they continue to provide our Elders with the love, support, and close-knit sense of community that Rolling Fields has always been known for.”
A graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Beres is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in the senior care industry in Crawford County.
Beres will oversee all nursing aspects at Rolling Fields, including planning, organizing, coordinating and mentoring members of the nursing team to ensure that all Elders receive high quality nursing care. She will also be responsible for the development, evaluation, and procedures of the department, as well as recruiting and orienting new members of the nursing team.
Beres resides in Conneautville, PA. She is also an active member of the Conneautville Church of Christ, where she serves as the Women’s Ministry Coordinator and Upward Basketball assistant coordinator, coach and referee.
