Discontinuation of Robo Calls

Dear Friend of Heritage,

At Heritage, we’ve always worked to keep you informed and meet regulatory requirements for COVID-19.

As you are aware, we have been using the robo call system to inform you of COVID-19 positive cases in communities per state regulation.

As we work to remain transparent, keep you updated with the latest information, and simplify our COVID-19 communication for you, we will be transitioning all of our information to a central location, and you will no longer receive a robo call each time there is a COVID-19 positive case. Please be assured that if your loved one tests positive, we will always notify you personally, as we have done throughout the pandemic.

You can find all of our most current information, including case counts and visitation information on our website here. This information is updated daily and available to you at all times in one location for quick and easy access.
