Lisa Haglund, President and CEO of Heritage Ministries, recently welcomed new administrative staff at The Green, a Heritage skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Greenhurst, NY, naming Lindsay Constantine as Director of Nursing. Constantine will oversee all daily nursing operations at The Green. She was previously the interim Director of Nursing at The Green.
Haglund shared, “We are honored to welcome Lindsay into her new position. She has an extensive history in senior housing and nursing, including over 15 years of service with Heritage at The Green. We know she will lead our nursing team with grace, love, and appreciation as they continue to provide each of our residents with the love, comfort, and care that The Green has always been known for.”
Lindsay earned her Associates Degree and became a Registered Nurse (RN) at Jamestown Community College, going on to attend Daemen College, where she was awarded her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree (BSN).
She will oversee all nursing department functions on site at The Green, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and mentoring members of the nursing team to ensure that all residents receive high quality nursing care. She will also be
responsible for the development, evaluation, and procedures of the nursing department.
Lindsay resides in Falconer, NY with her husband and three children. She enjoys being active in her community and participating in community service projects for those in need, including meal delivery programs.
