Announcing Our New Chief Human Resources Officer

Lisa Haglund, President and CEO of Heritage Ministries, recently announced the promotion of Danielle Bozich, SHRM-SCP, MBA, of Lake View, NY, to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Previously, Bozich served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the organization.

As CHRO, Danielle will be responsible for oversight and management of the Human Resources structure of the organization, including retention, benefits, recruitment, training, coaching, employee development, policy, and developing and executing Human Resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and corporate culture of Heritage Ministries.

Haglund shared, “We are delighted to welcome Danielle into her new position as CHRO at Heritage. Danielle has an extensive history in Human Resources, particularly in healthcare, and has demonstrated her passion for Heritage, serving as the Vice President of Human Resources. We know that she will continue to lead staff with grace, and appreciation – championing the ideals of The Heritage Experience, including integrity, honor, excellence, and commitment with each individual we employ.

Prior to joining Heritage, Danielle, a resident of Lake View, NY, worked throughout Western New York in Human Resources administration. Danielle attended the State University of New York at Fredonia, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and legal studies, and Canisius College, where she obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 2006. Additionally, Danielle is certified in executive coaching and is a SHRM-SCP Senior Certified Human Resources Professional.

Danielle is active in her community, and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at the Health Sciences Charter School in Buffalo, NY, and is a member of the SHRM and National Human Resources Association.
