Understanding the challenges many patients face in securing transportation, Heritage Ministries is expanding its commitment to quality care by offering non-emergency medical transportation for individuals who need assistance traveling to doctor’s appointments, therapy sessions, hospital visits, and other medical care.
“At Heritage, we recognize that access to medical care extends beyond our walls,” said Laura John, Transportation Coordinator. “By expanding our medical transportation services to Chautauqua County and the surrounding area, we are providing a vital resource that continues to support our residents’ ongoing health needs while also extending our care to seniors and individuals with mobility challenges in the community.”
