Medicare Open Enrollment

MEDICARE 101 – The Chautauqua County Office for the Aging will be with us to present “Medicare 101.” Come with questions and get answers around this important topic. Meet at The Homestead, Seeley Auditorium on November 4 at 10am.

Required Disclosures and Care Compare

Per New York State Department of Health regulations, we provide required disclosures. Both the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) maintain information on nursing homes that includes performance on quality measures, complaints, inspection results, and citations and enforcement actions, as well as any penalties imposed on the nursing home.
